In Person Personal Training

One on One in Person Personal Training is a great way to reach your health and fitness goals.  Your trainer will design workouts specifically for you, no cookie cutter workouts here!  Want someone to watch your form, make corrections on the spot and modify the exercise if it's too easy or too challenging?  In person training offers all of this and more!  

Sydney only accepts a small number of in person clients, typically reserved for clients with SCI, stroke, TBI or mobility issues.  Exceptions can be made though depending on your situation.
