About the Course

Weight Loss + is a recurring* monthly program that includes:

  • custom workouts accessed through the Trainerize app

  • weekly coaching & goal setting sessions with your trainer via phone or video call

  • food tracking either through MyFitnessPal app or the Trainerize app**

No matter how much weight you want to lose, Sydney will develop a custom exercise plan that's right for you! During your weekly coaching and goal setting calls you'll discuss what has been working well for you, what challenges you've had, and what you want to focus on next. In this collaborative process, you and Sydney will strategize together to find solutions to obstacles that have kept you from reaching your goals, and keep you on the road to success.

*No long term committment, you can opt out of the recurring program after you sign up

Sydney Stiles

Sydney Stiles was born and raised in Southern California. After discovering that fitness and following an eating plan focused on whole foods were the solution to relieve her fibromyalgia pain, she decided to move to the Traverse City, MI area in 2010 to enjoy a slower pace of life in a beautiful area filled with year round outdoor activities. She enjoys growing organic vegetables, kayaking, hiking, cycling, swimming, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and playing with her two wonderful Australian Shepherds.
