Senior Fitness

What activities do you want to keep doing or get back to?

Regular exercise can improve how you move, how you feel when you move, and add quality years to your life.

Did you know that taking part in regular exercise dramatically reduces your risk of age-related health issues such as bone density reduction, heart disease, and even back pain?

Staying physically active as a senior is incredibly important.  Doing resistance training helps to increase your muscle strength and also keeps your bones stronger.  The goal here isn't to bulk up, but instead to gain strength needed for activities of daily living as well as for the fun activities you enjoy doing.

While focused on reaching your individualized goals, there are several key areas our training will include: balance, flexibility/mobility, strength and cardio.
