Stretching to increase flexibility and mobility as well as seated balance exercises to increase your core strength.
Exercise specifically for Parkinson's Disease
Exercise is especially beneficial for those with Parkinson's Disease (PD). Exercise can slow down the disease progress, decrease the pain that is associated with PD, help you stay independent longer with improvements in gait, balance, and strength, and can even improve sleep, memory, and overall quality of life.
