Small Group Training

Small Group Training gives you all the benefits of working with a personal trainer combined with the motivation that comes from being part of a "team" at a great price!
 

 

How does small group training work?
 

You can either join an existing small group if there is space, or form a new group made up of your friends, family members, co-workers, or whomever you'd like to workout with! Group size ranges between 3 and 6 participants. Small group training is a typically a 4-week commitment, with 1, 2, or 3 workouts per week.

Small Group session workouts are designed with each participant in mind, specifically their fitness goals and fitness level. 
 

 

What you can expect:
 

A typical session begins with a five- to 10-minute dynamic warm-up to increase blood flow and warm up the muscles. The exercise format for the rest of the session varies between circuit training style (participants complete 6-8 exercises in a circuit which may include resistance training, kickboxing drills, strength training exercises, and cardio exercises) and group training (in which all participants do the same exercise simultaneously).  The session always concludes with 5-10 minutes of stretching.
 

Although the group will never do the exact same workout twice, we repeat many of the same exercises and drills in order to improve form and skill level. The trainer demonstrates every exercise, explaining proper form and technique, and monitors participants throughout the session. Exercises can be modified to make them more or less challenging depending on the needs of each client.
 

 

What do I need to bring with me?
 

WATER!!! Please drink at least 8 ounces of water 1-2 hours prior to training. Bring enough water to stay hydrated throughout the training session.

 

A great attitude and willingness to put in the work.
